As a circle leader for 10+ years, I know when women meet in small circles, impactful ripples of growth and changes happen. It makes for greater inclusion, inner-group trust, and builds supportive, highly valued peer relationships.

What are Peer Circles?
When women get together in circles, the wisdom exchange is powerful.
Facilitated coaching circles (small groups of <10 women) are a safe space where you can give voice to your aspirations - unapologetically.
In a world where women still face bias and systemic barriers, your peer circle is a place to learn and grow, share your experiences, give and get advice, be encouraged to reach your goals, and celebrate each others wins.
Most of all, peer circles create an environment of open
communication, connection, and co-elevation.

Gender Equality Advocacy
My unwavering, life-long passion for equal chances, equal choices, equal opportunities fuels everything I do in my life, my leadership roles, my business and my volunteer roles.
Ageism Activism
I'm deep into the research, commentary and writing phase about abolishing ageism bias and ageist thinking, while actively building global connections with experts and agencies already impacting positive change.
Watch this space ...
Born in the 1960s, I've been a vocal feminist and advocate for gender equality since my early teens; a daring disrupter of societal norms, a gamechanger, on a mission to ensure the 1940s-50s submissive, house-bound model wife (my mum's era) was shown for what it was: unequal, unfair, uninspiring, undermining, and totally unacceptable.
Almost 40 years ago, I initiated a conversation with my husband (of that chapter) about a joint, equal sharing parenting plan, where I clearly outlined "without one - there would be no children." I was 23 years old.
But ... I never thought decades later women would still be having to initiate the same conversations to ensure equality in the home, the workplace, and society in general. We've learned alot along the way; but here's 3 core reasons I continue to passionately advocate for gender equality.
1. Nothing happens (or it shifts at glacial speed) if we continue to accept entrenched systems of living divided into gendered roles.
2. Women can't fix this (alone), nor should they have to, nor is it women that needs 'fixing' ... it's a societal, man-made issue that needs collective, collaborative, change action.
3. The world has never been more ready for women to live, lead and contribute equality for the greater good, sustainability of our societies.
