Here's the thing ...

My bold, colourful personality may be a tad 'too much' for some - I get it.

I'm not one to tiptoe around the tough stuff. I dropped the need to comply with restrictive, out-dated 'societal norms' and submissive 'good-girl' rules decades ago.

My game-changing work is my life's purpose, fuelled by a passionate drive to help others explore choices, take chances, and make changes in their lives, in leadership roles, and more broadly - influence systemic changes to create fairer, more flexible, equal opportunity workplaces and inclusive communities ... for all ages, stages and phases across our longer lives.

Yes, I take it very seriously ... unapologetically so.
